Design systems for international impact.

From building a unified brand experience across 13 countries to launching a targeted advertising campaign in Poland’s tech sector, this project tackled real operational and communication challenges through smart design.

Challenge

Leyton’s Brand Director raised concerns about inconsistent branding, especially in internal and sales assets used across multiple countries.

At the same time, the Polish marketing team needed a visual campaign for promoting tax lease incentives to the IT and gaming sectors.

Both required a strategic design solution that could scale, adapt to different departments, and speak to international audiences, while keeping the brand identity coherent and creative under pressure.

Goal

We created a Canva-based design system and a polished advertising campaign to answer both needs.

After identifying the most-used documents across 13 countries, we transformed them into ready-to-use templates hosted on Canva. These were supported by a guide called Brand Support Standards, outlining how to use, submit, and deploy assets.

For the Polish campaign, we conducted competitive research and presented a board-approved key visual, later adapted into multiple formats. Language localization was a challenge, especially with Polish translations, but we preserved the design’s clarity and message across all touchpoints.

Result

Leyton saw improved brand consistency across its international teams and higher engagement with the Polish campaign.

The Canva system reduced repetitive design tasks and allowed the marketing team to focus on creative strategy. Meanwhile, the campaign successfully resonated with the tech and gaming sector, and the visual clarity held up even after localization.

This dual initiative improved internal workflows and public-facing communications, reinforcing the brand’s presence both inside and out.
