At LEYTON, we developed the “Brand Support Management” guide to streamline design processes for all collaborators. This guide empowers employees to create professional, on-brand designs using Canva templates.

Our approach began with the creation of customized templates for the most frequently used materials, all stored in Canva for easy access. The guide provides a clear, step-by-step walkthrough on how to select and edit these templates, ensuring consistency across the company. It also explains how to export the final files and submit them to the marketing team for validation.

To launch this initiative, we hosted a company-wide video call to introduce the process, ensuring everyone was equipped to contribute to the brand’s visual consistency with ease.

Template Creation and Storage

We began by designing a set of templates for the most commonly used materials, such as presentations, social media posts, and internal communications. These templates, which adhere to LEYTON’s brand guidelines, were then uploaded and stored in Canva, making them accessible to all employees.

BSS Guide Creation

 

To ensure that everyone can use the templates effectively, we developed a comprehensive guide. This guide walks users through the entire process—starting from selecting the right template, making edits (such as adding text and images), and formatting them to maintain consistency with the company’s visual identity.

File Export and Submission

Once the design is complete, employees are guided on how to export the final files in the correct format. These files are then submitted to the marketing team for review and validation, ensuring that all materials meet LEYTON’s branding standards before being released.

Company Onboarding and Launch

To ensure smooth adoption, we hosted a video call to introduce the process to all employees. This training session covered the use of Canva templates and the steps for creating, exporting, and submitting designs. This onboarding ensured that everyone was comfortable with the new system and could contribute effectively to maintaining brand consistency across the company.
