Bringing Strategy to Life
Design with Purpose and Measurable Impact.
For Leyton, I led the creative direction for an advertising campaign aimed at promoting R&D tax incentives in Poland. This project was an opportunity to combine strategic thinking, visual storytelling, and cross-team collaboration to create a powerful brand message tailored to a specific market.
Brainstorming & Collaboration
The process began with a collaborative workshop involving Leyton’s sales and marketing teams. I facilitated the conversation to define campaign goals, audience pain points, and key opportunities. This session allowed me to extract actionable insights and build a creative foundation rooted in real market needs.
Strategic Planning
With alignment on the campaign vision, I developed a multi-channel strategy targeting Polish businesses eligible for R&D tax credits. My focus was on simplifying technical messaging, humanizing the value proposition, and selecting the right touchpoints for visibility—digital ads, social media, and email campaigns.

Key Visual Creation
I designed a clean and modern key visual that captured the technical precision of tax services while reflecting the innovative energy of R&D-driven companies. The color scheme, iconography, and layout were crafted to be versatile, bold, and aligned with Leyton’s brand tone.


Asset Development
Building on the approved visual, I created a full suite of assets: responsive banners, social graphics, landing pages, and email templates. Each asset was adapted for its specific platform while maintaining brand coherence, clarity, and a strong call to action.





Campaign Launch
Once all materials were in place, I oversaw the campaign launch across selected digital platforms. Real-time performance tracking allowed for adjustments on the fly. The final outcome successfully reached our target audience, strengthened brand visibility, and reinforced Leyton’s expertise in R&D tax services.
